Sport Journal: Week #3

Today it is three weeks ago when I have started my life changing plan with tons of workouts, healthier food and snacks and a better feeling of good and worse nutritions and left up to 5 Kilogramm. However, while I really had stick to my daily workout plan in this week I had to cancel it due to my studying and an accident, someone hit my car. My lovely, lovely car which is my baby and my everything got hit. It is making me so sad to know that there are people outside who does not take care of others and their belongings.
Nevertheless, I really had eaten loads of chocolate (don't judge me, I need it to study) I have left another Kilogramm. YAAAAAAAAY! Do not ask me how I did it because I do not know.
I am just so glad that my headaches which had last three days are finally over.

Well, look what my Mommy bought me this week: it is a swingstick for a better workout.
